Apparatus Fusion Classes
Introducing our new Pilates Apparatus Fusion Class! This class combines the versatility of several key Pilates apparatuses; the Wunda Chair, Reformer, Pilates Arc and Half Tower, creating a well-rounded and dynamic workout.
In these sessions, you'll rotate between different apparatus, each offering a unique challenge to engage your body in new ways. The flow is designed to target strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination by utilising the distinct benefits of each piece of equipment.

Reformer
Known for its gliding carriage and adjustable springs, the Reformer will help you to increase overall strength, improve alignment, and enhance flexibility. The class will make use of both seated and supine positions to isolate and work different muscle groups.
Pilates Arc
The Arc will introduce gentle spinal mobility exercises and support deep core activation. This curved device is perfect for lengthening and decompressing the spine while also challenging the abdominals and improving posture.
Wunda Chair
This compact and versatile apparatus will be used for exercises that focus on developing core stability, balance, and upper/lower body strength. The springs offer resistance training, challenging even the smaller muscle groups to activate.
Half Tower
With its combination of bars and springs, the Half Tower allows for focused strength training and stability work, with particular emphasis on controlled movements. It’s an excellent way to build strength in the upper body and engage the deeper core muscles.
This class is open to all levels, with modifications available to accommodate beginners while offering advanced options for those looking to deepen their practice. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this apparatus class will provide a challenging a workout that will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalised.
